Red House Rentals Story: Mannah and her 5 Grandchildren
Red House Rentals was named for our home away from home, “The Little Red House” which was our “country home” when our children were young many years ago. Coventry, VT offered city kids a magical country childhood, and we have treasured the home and Northeast Kingdom for 40 years. Our summers were filled with sunshine, long walks, swimming hole adventures, horse shows at the Barton fair, visiting animals and picking strawberries at Heermansmith Farm.
Winter holidays were also magical, as we would arrive on Christmas eve from our Manchester, NH home and decorate our Charlie Brown tree left for us by our neighbors, Jack & Louise Smith. Santa always knew where to find us! The love of this home has now been passed on to my grandchildren who love to spend time here at “Little Red House”.
